Accuracy is the foundation of our credibility. When we make mistakes — and all journalists do — we correct them promptly, prominently, and transparently.

How to Submit a Correction

If you believe an article contains a factual error, contact our editorial team at editorial@universalnews.com with the article URL, the specific error, and supporting evidence for the correction.

Our Process

• All correction requests are reviewed within 24 hours
• Verified corrections are appended to the original article within 48 hours
• Corrections note what was wrong, what the correct information is, and when it was corrected
• We do not delete articles or quietly edit them without a correction notice
